Today my Sarah-Boo turns 8 years old!! Sometimes it is so hard to believe that I have an eight year old....where has the time gone?

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today we decided to make Turkey cupcakes in honor of Thanksgiving and it was so much fun! Sarah did the feathers, Max made the noses and I finished off the blue eyes. Thank you to my friend Natalie Crowe who posted this awesome idea on her facebook page!!

This past year I have so much more to be thankful for. I am thankful for happy, healthy children and for the most amazing husband a girl could ever ask for. I am thankful for friends who make me laugh and are there for a shoulder to cry on. I am also thankful that I can return the favor too!
I am thankful for having a great family. My parents are healthy and my brother and sister in law are about to welcome a new addition to our family and for this I am thankful.
I am especially thankful that I get to stay home and raise my children without the stresses of daycare or working. I am so blessed to be able to pick them up from school everyday.

Have a great Thanksgiving friends and don't eat too much Turkey!!

My Anniversary

On May 20, Quentin and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary!! Its so easy being married to such a wonderful person, he is truely my soulmate and I am looking forward to the next 10 years (and more).

We went on a trip to Penticton, B.C for a quick getaway to celebrate and had a fabulous time. We can't wait to go back with our kids!

Happy Mothers Day!!

First of all, Happy Mothers Day to Me!!! These two gorgeous kids are my reason for living and two of my favorite little people in the world!! I look at the two of them everyday and I am so greatful for the joy they bring to my life. I look at Sarah and stare in amazement at how beautiful she is, and how smart she is. I look at her everday and think about how lucky I am to be her Mommy. I look at my Maxi and I see his Daddy. When he greets everyday with a smile and a song, it warms my heart to know that those who meet him, never forget him...he is so infectious!!

My Mother in law, Audrey. I can't say enough of how lucky I am to have such an amazing woman in my life. She has always cared for me like her own daughter and she is always there when I need her. I love you Audrey.






Most important is my Mom. Without her I wouldn't be here today and I wouldn't be the person I am today. Her guidance, her love, and her strength are a constant reminder to me of how amazing she is!! I love you Mom.

Last but not least, to my friends that are Mothers.....

I have learned so much from each and every one of you. You have taught me patience at times when I didn't think it was possible......you have taught me how to laugh and enjoy the little things in life, when life was getting the best of me.......you have taught me how to be a more loving and honest mother and friend and I thank you all for that. You know who you are!!!
